Booking their plumbing service was easy. EJ was responsive and managed my expectation on when they can go to our place. On the day they came, they were there ahead of schedule. They were very professional with how they went about solving our drain flooding problem. They were thorough and methodical and did not leave any stone unturned in diagnosing the issue and suggested ways to resolve. I initially thought they will just come back since the solution involved pipe refitting but glad that they completed the job right then and there. We were able to test the solution and pleased to share that our flooding problem has been resolved. I highly recommend engaging them for your plumbing concerns.
